Is the first minute really free?
Yes — on your first consultation. It opens with a free 60-second introduction (by chat or voice) that is never billed. For later consultations you confirm the rate before starting and are connected straight away.
Can I chat instead of calling?
Yes. Every astrologer offers private text chat as well as calls. Chat is billed per minute at its own rate — typically about half the call rate — and follows the same consent rules as calls. Your transcript stays available on the receipt.
When does billing start?
Only after you explicitly choose to continue at the rate we disclose, and only once your astrologer is actually connected or has joined your chat. Time spent in the introduction or while we reach your astrologer is never charged.
What happens if I don't respond, or the astrologer doesn't answer?
The session ends with no consultation charge. We never treat silence as consent, and any funds held for the session are released immediately.
How is the rate calculated?
Rates depend on the country you confirm on your account. The exact rate, the billing increment and the rounding rule are shown before you consent, and they are locked for that consultation.
